Terrible customer service. Bought an In House cartridge and opened it at home. Never have I ever seen such a black cart. I couldn’t bring it right back with the holidays then I became ill. I came two back two weeks later and they have a 7 day policy. I was so kind and said even with the holidays and me getting sick? I kept you guys from getting sick and no exceptions. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE. Surrounding dispos are cheaper anyways with way higher quality. All I wanted was a discount or another $25 vape but yall are cheap with no heart

Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been before. Slightly hidden but you can find some good weed/deals here. The staff has always been kind and capable. I have had order issues before but they were resolved every single time.

Was jumping the 1st time I went last Saturday afternoon with music and a bake sale. This location is easy to miss, but it's much bigger indoors. I'll definitely go back if for no other reason than their selection. Their menu is more unique than what I've found in Laurel and Annapolis. However, I'm not a fan of a medical patron receiving service before me; especially if I'm in line before them.

Great people and great atmosphere, with a decent selection of products. My only complaint is in regard to the website and attempting to filter the online menu. Anytime you click on a product after filtering and return to the catalog after examining the terps for example, all filters are refreshed, so you have to reset them after each time you click on a product. This can make searches for a specific kind of product very tedious and time consuming. Additionally, I am just now encountering a new problem where after verifying my age, the age verification window becomes unresponsive, and I cannot access the menu. I hope this detailed description allows someone to know what to fix. Thankfully and evidently, staff is on top of addressing criticism which is why I kept my rating at 5 stars.

I have had so many issues with this dispensary. They can’t count, let’s start there. When you specify that you are a medical patient they will totally disregard and charge you tax for being a recreational patient. They are willing to leave off details like it’s not flower it’s shake, so be careful ordering. I wouldn’t use curbside ordering because you can’t see what you’re ordering and they won’t change it if they got it wrong. Well I take that back if you are white please by all means shop here they only treat Black/African American people like this. They treat me like I’m the dog poo on the bottom of a trash can and it’s really sad because they don’t sell a lot, so they always have the strains I like. As long as you don’t expect respect, knowledge and kindness it’s great. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

This dispensary is one of my favorites that I have visited. Every time I have a great experience but today was excellent! Zach one of the bud tenders was very helpful, he gave me my own catered experience which led to some really great finds. Zach was very patient and helpful and I definitely will be back!

Absolutely no respect for customers! Like how hard is it to put in enough effort to make a website work? They make it impossible to sign up for rewards then when you call they act like the fact that you can't even sign in to their site is no big deal. I'm not gonna take a hour bus ride just to sign up then if there's a problem when I get there I'll have made the trip for nothing. And not sure why they can't deliver like the other dispensary in Annapolis. Medical patients have really been getting screwed since recreational 😢
